摘要
通过对铸坯表面及皮下夹渣的取样、扫描电镜分析、现场工艺调查,提出了控制浇次第一炉钢水过热度、稳定结晶器流场、降低浸入式水口深度、合理控制拉速等措施,铸坯表面及皮下夹渣缺陷得到了有效控制。
By sampling and scanning electron microscope analysis, production technology investigation for the slab surface and subcutaneous inclusion defect, pass the control measures of increasing first heat of the sequence, normalizing casting operation, proper control casting speed and SEN immerse depth, the rate of slab surface and subcutaneous inclusion defect got obvious controlled.
