摘要
分析研究了马钢CSP冷轧镀锌板表面缺陷,得出其表面缺陷源于保护渣、脱氧产物和耐火材料所引起夹杂的结论。为此,有针对性地调整了精炼吹氩和喂丝量,改进了连铸过程对钢液的保护,进一步规范了连铸换包和加保护渣操作,并把结晶器窄面倒锥度调整为1.2%、铸坯厚度从72mm调整为90mm。上述措施实施后,冷轧镀锌产品表面缺陷得到有效控制,表面缺陷从调整前9.97%下降到2.59%。
The genesis of CSP cold rolled and galvanized sheet surface defect were studied. The result showed that the inclusion came from mold powder, deoxidizing result and refractory material caused the surface defect. Aiming at this situation, the argon bottom-blowing and wire feeding were adjusted. The protective casting was improved and ladle-changing and adding mold power operation were normalized. The taper of mould narrow face was set 1.2%, and the slab thickness was changed from 72 mm to 90 mm. Implementing these ways, the surface defect of cold rolled and galvanized strip was controlled and the surface defect decreased form 9.97% to 2.59%.
