摘要
昆钢炼钢厂8号连铸机浇铸的碳素结构钢铸坯出现皮下夹渣缺陷。分析了中包液面高度、捞渣操作及脱氧工艺,结合铸坯皮下夹渣的分布情况及结晶器内浮渣中Al2O3、FeO等组成,对生产工艺进行优化,解决碳素结构钢连铸坯皮下夹渣问题。
