摘要
通过对钢板表面夹杂缺陷取样,分析了缺陷的成因,并采取提高中间包开浇第一炉钢水过热度、规范连铸操作、合理控制拉速及浸入式水口深度等措施,钢板表面夹杂缺陷率得到了有效控制。
By sampling the surface inclusion defect on steel plate, causes of the defect have been analyzed. The surface inclusion defect on steel plate has been effectively controlled by increasing superheating temperature of the first heat at tundish, standardizing continuous casting operation, rationally controlling the casting speed and the depth of im- mersion nozzle.
