摘要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和EDS能谱分析了93t 321奥氏体不锈钢钢锭近冒口端的组织及析出相的成分,研究了均匀化处理参数对析出相的影响。结果表明:321奥氏体不锈钢大铸锭铸态组织的析出相主要为铁素体、Y相和共晶相;铸锭心部铁素体的含量为1.5%,但尺寸较大;铸锭心部和R/2处均存在一定量片状或胞状的Y相,最大可达78μm;铁素体随均匀化温度的升高及时间的增加会发生局部回熔,而且均匀化处理可消除共晶相,但Y相不会发生回熔。
The microstructure and precipitates of 93t 321 austenitic stainless steel ingots were analyzed with optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and EDS energy spectra. The effects of homogenization parameters on the precipitated phase ware studied. The results show that the precipitates of as-cast microstructure of 321 austenitic stainless steel arc mainly ferrite, Y phase and eutectic phase. The content of ferrite in the core is 1.5%, but the size is larger. There is a certain about of flaky or cellular Y phase in the core and R/3 and the maximum is 78 μm. Ferric has a local meh-back with the increase of homogenization temperature and time. The homogenization treatment eliminates the cutely'tic phase but the melt-hack of Y phase does not occur.
