摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和电子探针分析了DC01钢板表面渗氮线状缺陷的微观组织及成分。结果表明:钢板近表层处存在大尺寸夹杂物,显著影响了渗氮层结构,导致了线状缺陷,而夹杂物的来源是连铸过程卷入钢中的结晶器保护渣。
Microstructure and chemical composition of linear defects in DC01 steel sheet after surface nitriding were analyzed by optical microscope,SEM and EPMA. Results show that the linear defects resulted from inclusions in the steel layer nearby to its surface,which significantly affected the structures of nitriding layer. Source of the inclusions was the mold powder entrapped into the steel during continuous casting process.
