核心肌力训练在胸腰椎压缩性骨折康复治疗中的效果分析 被引量:3

Analysis of the Effect of Core Muscle Strength Training in the Rehabilitation of Thoracolumbar Vertebral Compression Fractures

摘要 目的探讨核心肌力训练在胸腰椎压缩性骨折康复治疗中的效果.方法选择2019年6月—2021年10月该院收治的74例胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各37例.对照组采用康复理疗干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用核心肌力训练干预.比较两组干预6周后腰椎活动度、干预前后腰椎功能和疼痛程度.结果干预6周后,观察组腰椎伸直、屈曲、左旋、右旋、左侧屈、右侧屈活动度均明显大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预6周后,两组ODI、VAS评分均低于干预前,且观察组ODI、VAS评分均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在胸腰椎压缩性骨折康复治疗中采用核心肌力训练能够明显改善患者腰椎活动度,有利于恢复腰椎功能,减轻疼痛程度,有临床借鉴价值. Objective To explore the effect of core muscle strength training in the rehabilitation of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.Methods A total of 74 patients with postoperative thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures treated in the hospital from June 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation physiotherapy intervention,and the observation group was given core muscle strength training intervention on the basis of the control group.The lumbar spine activity after 6 weeks of intervention,lumbar spine function and pain degree before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 weeks of intervention,the lumbar extension,flexion,left rotation,right rotation,left flexion,and right flexion range of motion in the observation group were significantly greater than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the Oswestry disability index(ODI)score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after 6 weeks of intervention,the ODI and VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the ODI and VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of core muscle strength training in the rehabilitation treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures can significantly improve the range of motion of the lumbar spine,help restore lumbar spine function,reduce pain,and has clinical reference value.
