摘要
目的 分析个性化舒适护理配合手术室安全管理对顺产转剖宫产初产妇应激反应、母婴结局及服务质量的影响。方法 回顾性分析2021年1月至2024年1月连云港市赣榆区中医院手术室收入的60例顺产转剖宫产初产妇资料,依据采用的护理方案分为两组,各30例。对照组实施传统手术室护理,观察组实施个性化舒适护理配合手术室安全管理,对比两组的应激反应指标、母婴结局、服务质量评分。结果 观察组的服务质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),母婴结局优于对照组(P<0.05),护理后的应激反应指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 个性化舒适护理配合手术室安全管理能够有效减轻顺产转剖宫产初产妇应激反应,改善母婴结局并强化服务质量,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the impact of personalized comfort care combined with operating room safety management on stress response,maternal and infant outcomes,and service quality in primiparous women undergoing vaginal delivery to cesarean section.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 60 primiparous women who underwent vaginal delivery to cesarean section in the Operating Room of Ganyu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Lianyungang City from January 2021 to January 2024.According to the nursing plan adopted,they were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional operating room care,while the observation group received personalized comfort care combined with operating room safety management.The differences in stress response indicators,maternal and infant outcomes,and service quality scores between the two groups were compared.Results The service quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the maternal and infant outcomes were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the stress response indicators after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized comfort care combined with operating room safety management can effectively reduce stress response in primiparous women undergoing vaginal delivery to cesarean section, improve maternal and infant outcomes, and enhance service quality, which is worth promoting.
