摘要
[目的/意义]随着互联网的发展,人们进入社会网络化时代,网络交易平台不断涌现,网络刷单诈骗案件频频发生,严重地损害了公民的合法权益,危害着网络空间安全与秩序.[方法/过程]基于对网络刷单诈骗类型的总结,分析其特征和产生原因.[结果/结论]从法律意识、数据保护和电子数据侦查取证方面,提出了应对网络刷单诈骗的防控对策,以维护网络空间安全与秩序.
[Purpose/Significance]With the development of the Internet,people have entered the era of social networking,and online trading platforms have been emerging,network brush fraud cases occur frequently,seriously undermining the legitimate rights and interests of citizens,endangering the security and order of cyberspace.[Method/Process]This paper based on the summary of the type of network brush fraud,qualitative analysis of its characteristics and causes.[Results/Conclusion]From legal awareness,data protection and electronic data investigation and forensics proposed to deal with the network brush fraud prevention and control measures to maintain the security of cyberspace.
