摘要
[目的/意义]依据总体国家安全观指引,针对电信网络诈骗的防控治理刻不容缓,其中网络刷单类诈骗犯罪占比较高,需要重点研究相关侦防对策.[方法/过程]以某市R区2022年1-10月此类犯罪案例为基础,分析近5年相关文献,提出针对网络刷单类诈骗犯罪的侦防措施.[结果/结论]采取系列侦防措施,提高打击此类犯罪效率和力度,为侦查实践活动提供参考.
[Purpose/Significance]According to the overall national security concept,and prevent and control telecommunications network fraud.Among them,the crime of online“clicking-farm”fraud account for a relatively high proportion,and relevant investigation and prevention strategies need to be studied with emphasis.[Method/Process]Based on the cases of such crimes in R District,C City from January to October 2022,analyze relevant literature in the past five years,and propose detection and prevention measures for the crime of online“clicking-farm”fraud.[Results/Conclusion]A series of investigation and prevention measures can improve the efficiency and intensity of cracking down on such crimes,providing reference for investigation practice activities.
