摘要
为研究土压平衡式盾构机在富水粉细砂地层中施工而引起的地表沉降,以太原市轨道交通2号线3个区间段盾构隧道工程为背景,建立流固耦合模型,并在模型上设置沉降监测点,对盾构穿越富水粉细砂地层进行地表沉降模拟。将同一位置的现场检测点沉降值进行对比,结果表明,模拟曲线和实测曲线具有相同的趋势和规律性,地表沉降保持在2 cm以内。通过计算发现,经典Peck公式并不能很好的对太原地区地表沉降进行预测。根据3个区段的30组实测数据,对Peck公式的适用性进行分析和修正,统计分析发现,当地表最大沉降修正系数α位于0.5~0.8区间、沉降槽宽度修正系数β位于0.6~0.9区间时,更符合实际沉降情况。
In order to study the ground settlement caused by the construction of earth pressure balance shield machine in water-rich fine layer,the fluid-solid coupling model is established in the background of the shield tunnel project of three sections of Taiyuan Rail Transit Line 2.A settlement monitoring point is set on the surface to simulate the surface settlement of the shield through the water-rich fine sand layer.Comparing the settlement values of the onsite inspection points at the same location,the results show that the simulated curve and the measured curve have the same trend and regularity,and the surface settlement is kept within 2 cm.It is found through calculation that the classical Peck formula does not predict the surface subsidence in Taiyuan.According to the measured data of 30 groups of 3 sections,the applicability of the Peck formula is analyzed and corrected.The statistical analysis shows that the maximum settlement correction coefficientαof the local table is in the range of 0.5~0.8,and the settlement coefficient of the settlement tank widthβis 0.6~0.9.In the interval,it is more in line with the actual settlement.
