摘要
为研究软弱砂土地层盾构隧道侧穿施工对高压电塔基础的影响以及保护措施,以华南地区某城市区间隧道工程为依托,采用peck沉降经验公式及土体深层位移公式,计算盾构单线及双线施工引起的电塔基础沉降。结果表明:靠近电塔的右线掘进引起的沉降分别占双线通过后总沉降的78%(1#塔)、65%(2#塔)。结合现场实施条件,提出微型注浆钢管桩隔离,同时施工中辅以袖阀管跟踪注浆的保护措施。通过有限元计算分析,可知采取隔离措施后,电塔基础沉降值可减小约70%,隔断保护效果明显,电塔的沉降和倾斜可满足相关规范的要求。
In order to study the influence and protection measures of shield tunnel construction on the foundation of high-voltage towers in soft sandy soil layers,based on the tunnel project in an urban area in South China,the peak settlement empirical formula and the soil deep displacement calculation formula were used to calculate the settlement of the tower foundation caused by the single-and double-track construction of the shield tunnel.The results show that the settlement caused by the right line excavation close to the electric tower accounts for 78%(1#tower)and 65%(2#tower)of the total settlement after the double line passes through.Combined with on-site implementation conditions,the protection measures of“micro-grouting steel pipe pile isolation with sleeve valve pipe tracking grouting”are proposed.Through finite element calculation and analysis,it can be seen that after isolation measures are taken,the settlement value of the tower foundation can be reduced 70%,the isolation protection effect is obvious,and the settlement and inclination of the tower can meet the requirements of relevant specifications.
