摘要
盾构穿越黏土地层时刀盘结泥饼是困扰工程界的世界性难题。在广泛分析文献的基础上,讨论了现有泥饼防治技术及工程应用情况,综述了国内外关于泥饼形成机制的研究发展历程、最新研究动态和试验手段,介绍了刀盘刀具热力耦合的相关研究。在对关键问题分析的基础上,总结了已有研究关于泥饼形成机制和防治技术的思路和方法及存在的局限性,展望了盾构穿越黏土地层结泥饼问题的发展方向,以期为后续更合理、科学地解决结泥饼问题提供参考和建议。
Clogging of cutting tools or conveying system when mechanical tunnel drives in clay stratum is a worldwide problem that has been puzzling the engineering community all along.On the basis of extensive analysis of the literature,the existing clogging prevention and treatment technologies and their engineering applications were discussed.This paper summarizes the development history,the latest research trends and the laboratory test methods of the clogging mechanism.Whilst the related research on thermo-mechanical coupling analysis of cutter head was introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of previous research ideas and methods are summarized.Finally,the development direction of the research on the issue of clogging was pointed out in order to provide references and suggestions for solving this problem more reasonably and scientifically.
