摘要
成都城区地层主要为砂卵石地层,卵石含量高、粒径大,且地下水丰富,暗挖工程施工极易引起地层沉降。为探究在该地层情况下盾构下穿既有运营地铁线的合理技术措施,结合成都地铁6号线盾构下穿既有运营3号线盾构区间工程,首先基于拟采用技术措施进行三维施工模拟分析,表明了该技术措施能有效控制既有运营线沉降变形;其次结合实际施工监测数据结果,并与理论分析结果进行对比,表明了设计方案及三维数值模拟参数选取的合理性;最后对工程中发生的滞后沉降原因进行分析,提出了有效控制地层沉降的技术措施。该工程为成都地区首次盾构法近距离下穿地铁运营线路,可为类似工程设计及施工提供有益参考。
The stratum in Chengdu urban area is mainly sandy pebble stratum with high pebble content,large particle size and rich underground water.The construction of underground excavation project is very easy to cause stratum settlement.In order to explore the reasonable technical measures for shield tunneling under the existing operation subway line in this stratum,and combined with the shield tunneling under the existing operation Line 3 of Chengdu Metro Line 6,a three-dimensional construction simulation analysis was carried out based on the proposed technical measures,which shows that the technical measures can effectively control the settlement and deformation of the existing operation line.Secondly,combined with the actual construction monitoring data results,and compared with the theoretical analysis results,the rationality of the design scheme and the selection of three-dimensional numerical simulation parameters is demonstrated.Finally,the causes of lagging settlement in engineering were analyzed,and the technical measures to effectively control stratum settlement were put forward.This project is the first time that shield tunneling method is used to close down the metro operation line in Chengdu area,and it can provide useful reference for similar engineering design and construction.
