摘要
为了最大限度减少盾构隧道掘进对周边地层的影响,保证既有地铁线路的正常运营,需要采取有针对性的地层加固措施。本文总结了成都地铁19号线双流机场站—龙桥路站区间下穿既有运营地铁3号线的施工加固技术,其中主要包括超前管棚加固和洞内深孔注浆加固,进一步通过实测数据验证施工技术的有效性和安全性,结果表明:受双线隧道开挖扰动,3号线管片衬砌竖向变形最大值为10.7 mm且保持平稳,左右拱腰虽然在穿越段发生较大横向变形,但在穿越后基本恢复;现场实测数据表面联合加固方案的控制效果良好,确保了盾构施工及运营线路的安全。
In order to minimize the impact of shield tunneling on the surrounding strata and ensure the normal operation of the existing subway lines,it is necessary to take specific measures to strengthen the strata.This paper summarizes the construct ion and reinforcement technology of existing Metro Line 3 under the section of Shuangliu Airport-Longqiao Road station of Chengdu Metro Line 19,which mainly includes the reinforcement of advance pipe shed and the reinforcement of deep hole grouting in the cave.The effectiveness and safety of the construction technology are further verified through the measured data.The results show that due to the disturbance of double-line tunnel excavat ion,the maximum vertical deformation of Line 3 segment lining is 10.7 mm and remains stable.Although the transverse deformat ion of left and right arches occurs in the crossing section,it basically recovers after the crossing.The control effect of the surface joint reinforcement scheme is good,which ensures the safety of shield construction and operation line.
