摘要
新文科建设要求高校人才培养模式从学科导向转变为需求导向。现行财会类专业人才培养与社会的人才需求呈现供需脱节的结构性矛盾,毕业生找不到合适的工作,企业招不到合适的人才。因此,加强对独立学院财会类专业学生教育工作的研究,在实践中摸索出一套适应社会需求的人才培养模式,对独立学院综合竞争力的提高有重要意义。
The new liberal arts construction requires that the talent training model of colleges and universities be changed from discipline-oriented to demand-oriented.The current training of financial and accounting professionals and the needs of social talents presents a structural contradiction between supply and demand,graduates cannot find a right job at the same time,enterprises cannot recruit suitable talents,therefore,strengthen the study of the education of independent colleges of finance and accounting students,in practice to explore a set of talent training models that meet the needs of society,is of great significance to the improvement of the comprehensive competitiveness of independent colleges.
