摘要 复合应用型特教人才是知行合一、知行并进的专业人才,是掌握特教相关学科知识技能,并能运用所学知识技能来解决特教实践问题的人才。培养复合应用型特教人才是落实人的全面发展观的必然要求,是适应特教高质量发展的迫切需求,是落实新文科建设的初步践履。复合应用型特教人才的培养需树立复合应用型人才的培养理念,构建复合应用型人才成长的教育体系和完善复合应用型人才培养的保障机制。 Compound application-oriented special education talents are professionals who integrate knowledge and action together.They can use professional knowledge and skills learned to solve the practical problems of special education who master the knowledge and skills of special education related disciplines.Cultivating compound application-oriented special education talents is the inevitable requirement to implement the comprehensive concept of development,the urgent need to adapt to the high-quality development of special education,and the preliminary practice of implementing the construction of new liberal arts.The cultivation of compound application-oriented special education talents should establish the cultivation concept of compound applied talents,construct the education system of compound applied talents and improve the guarantee mechanism of compound applied talents.
