摘要
针对属性权重未知,且属性值为犹豫模糊的问题提出了一种基于前景理论的VIKOR犹豫模糊多属性决策方法.首先,从方案和属性两个角度切入,以犹豫模糊数均值,方差和非明确熵构建多目标优化模型来确定权重;然后,通过犹豫模糊Euclidean距离定义了犹豫模糊环境下的前景价值函数,确定中位数参考点以及各个方案在各个属性下的综合前景值;最后,通过前景价值矩阵给出基于多准则妥协优化解(VIKOR)的方案排序,通过实证分析验证了方法的有效性和可行性.
In order to address the unknown attribute weights as well as hesitant and fuzzy attribute value,a Prospect theory-based VIKOR hesitant fuzzy multi-attribute decisionmaking method is suggested.First of all,in this paper,the study starts from two perspectives,solution and attribute.The average of hesitant fuzzy number,square error and non-definite entropy are used to construct a multi-target optimization model for weights determination.Then,the prospect value function under the hesitant fuzzy environment is defined through hesitant and fuzzy Euclidean distance.Meanwhile,the median reference point and the overall prospect value of each solution for each attribute are determined.Lastly,the VIKOR-based ordering of solution is achieved through prospect value matrix.Besides,empirical analysis is conducted to validate the approach for its effectiveness and feasibility.
