摘要
针对属性权重未知的犹豫模糊多属性决策问题,提出一种权重优化的改进TODIM的决策方法。从方案和属性值两个层面出发,以犹豫模糊数均值、方差和非明确熵构建多目标优化模型,确定相对权重;考虑决策者的不同心理行为特征,基于方案两两比较下相对"收益"或"损失"值的价值函数,获得各属性下的感知价值函数矩阵;通过简单加权原则,将感知价值函数矩阵与相对权重进行集结,给出新的综合感知价值函数和全局优势度的表达方式,提出一种改进TODIM的犹豫模糊多属性决策方法。最后,通过实例分析验证了本文所提方法的可行性和有效性。
Aiming at the hesitant fuzzy multi-attribute decision making problem with unknown attribute weights,an improved TODIM decision-making method based on weight optimization is proposed.First,considering the two levels of scheme and attribute,an optimization model is constructed by computing the mean,the variance and non-explicit entropy.Then,considering the difference of psychological behavior characteristics of decision makers’,the perceptual value function matrix under each attribute is given by the value function of the relative"gain"or"loss"value under the comparison of the schemes.Furthermore,the perceptual value function matrix and relative weights are aggregated deriving by weighted average calculation,the new comprehensive value function and global dominance degree expression are presented,and a hesitant fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making method based on improved TODIM is proposed.Finally the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by a numerical illustration.
