摘要
面对共享单车供过于求、故障车辆多且及时处理难等现实问题,共享单车运营商倾向于将回收服务外包给供应商。针对回收供应商择优问题,构建一种具有反馈决策者态度特征能力的语义多属性群决策方法。为将区间二元语义值转化为二元语义,基于连续区间有序加权平均算子与加权指数平均算子提出连续区间二元语义有序加权指数算子。以该算子为基础,提出用于集结二元语义数组的加权连续区间二元语义有序加权指数算子,并证明其性质。利用所提出的算子和前景理论构建出一种多属性群决策方法。通过共享单车回收供应商选择实例表明所提方法的合理性和有效性。
In the face of oversupply,more faulty bicycles and difficulties in timely handling,bike sharing operators tend to outsource recycling services to suppliers.A linguistic multi-attribute group decision-making method with the ability to feedback the attitude characteristics of decision-makers was proposed to solve the problem of recycling supplier selection.Based on the continuous ordered weighted average operator and weighted exponential mean operator,the continuous interval-valued 2-tuple linguistic ordered weighted exponential(C-ITLOWE)operator was defined,which transformed interval-valued 2-tuple linguistic values into 2-tuple linguistic values.The weighted C-ITLOWE(WCITLOWE)operator was then proposed for aggregating 2-tuple linguistic values,and some desirable properties were proved.The WC-ITLOWE operator and prospect theory were applied to develop a group decision-making method.A case study to select bike sharing recycling suppliers was provided to verify the rationality and efficiency of the proposed method.
