摘要
水库正常蓄水位的选取是一个涉及多目标、多层次、多属性的复杂决策过程.借助了多准则妥协解排序法(即VIKOR法)在处理多准则复杂问题中的优势,选取了多年平均发电量、装机容量、生态供水量等构建指标体系,以阿尔塔什水库为例进行正常蓄水位方案优选.通过与模糊物元模型、多目标可变模糊优选方法进行比较,表明了将VIKOR法运用到水库正常蓄水位方案的优选中是合理可行的,且优选结果的分辨率高,能够更好的拉开各个方案之间的档次,有利于决策者进行判断.同时对各指标权重进行敏感性分析,与熵权迭代法求得的权重结果相互印证,分析结果客观、合理.
The selection of the normal water level of the reservoir is a complex decisionmaking process involving multiple objectives,multiple levels and multiple attributes.This paper draws on the advantages of VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje method(VIKOR method) in dealing with multi-criteria complex problems,and selects the construction index system of Average annual power generation,installed capacity and ecological water supply,taking Altash reservoir as an example.A normal water storage scheme is preferred.By comparing with fuzzy matter element model and multi-objective variable fuzzy optimization method,it is shown that it is reasonable and feasible to apply VIKOR method to the optimal reservoir water level scheme,and the preferred result has high resolution and can be better Pulling the grades between the various programs will help decision makers make judgments.At the same time,the sensitivity analysis of each index weight is carried out,and the weight result obtained by the entropy weight iterative method is mutually confirmed,and the analysis result is objective and reasonable.
