摘要
在以学生实际学习成果为中心的OBE教学理念指导下,文章针对商务英语教师现存的专业素养问题提出采用多层次教学方法、培养核心商务知识以及提升数字化信息素养的对策,再结合校方推动课程体系改革以及建立校企实践基地等方式为教师发展助力。
This paper, based on the teaching concept of OBE which is centered on the actual learning outcomes of students, puts forward the strategies of adopting multi-level teaching methods, cultivating core business knowledge and improving digital information literacy to solve the existing professional literacy problems of business English teachers, and then combines the reform of curriculum system provided by the university platforms as well as the establishment of school-enterprise practice bases to promote faculty development.
