摘要
高等教育后大众化时代,拔尖创新人才培养并不是研究型大学的专属,地方高校需要积极主动作为。X大学打破既有的观念束缚、资源藩篱与制度桎梏,探索和实践了拔尖创新人才培养的"地方高校模式"。然而,由于缺乏可直接借鉴的同类型院校的实践范本,该校在拔尖创新人才培养过程中也出现了以下五种偏向,即应用型与学术型人才的目标定位区分模糊、小范围集中性的"圈养式"人才管理模式、课程结构"重专业轻通识""重理论轻实践"、传统教学模式居主流而创新教学进展乏力、人才培养的同质化有余而个性化发展不足等,这些都需要后续改革中加以改进和完善。
In the post-higher education era,cultivating top-notch innovative talents is not exclusive to research universities,and local universities need to be proactive.X University broke the existing conceptual constraints,resource barriers and institutional dilemma,explored and practiced the"local college model"for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.However,in the absence of a practical model of the same type of institutions that can be directly borrowed,the school has produced five major misunderstandings in the process of developing innovative talents.That is to confuse the goal orientation of academic and applied talents,the small-scale centralized"captive"talent management model,the curriculum structure"heavy professional light knowledge","the theory of light practice",the traditional teaching mode is mainstream but innovative teaching is lacking of progress,the homogenization of talent training but the lack of individualized development.All of those that require further improvement.
