摘要
卓越应用型人才是具备精湛的实践应用能力和创新创业能力,能高质高效地解决生产、管理、服务过程中的复杂问题,并能快速发展成长为行业技术骨干、管理专家的优秀人才,是本科应用型人才的重要组成部分。卓越应用型人才培养要有特殊的培养载体、培养对象、培养方案、培养模式和教学管理制度。在新时代一流本科教育建设背景下,要通过深化人才培养模式改革,完善人才培养质量标准体系,加强师资队伍建设,激发二级学院办学创造性,提高卓越应用型人才培养质量。
Outstanding applied talents are excellent talents with superb practical application ability,innovation and entrepreneurship ability,who can solve complex problems in production,management and service process with high quality and efficiency,and who can rapidly develop into industry technical backbone and management experts.They are an important part of undergraduate applied talents.The cultivation of outstanding applied talents should have special carrier,object,program,mode and teaching management system.Under the background of first-class undergraduate education construction in the new era,it is necessary to improve the quality standard system of talent cultivation,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,stimulate the creativity of secondary colleges in running schools,and improve the quality of outstanding applied talents cultivation by deepening the reform of talent cultivation mode.
