摘要
大学新生适应本质上是指学生转型过程。转型教育重点关注新生本身与学习问题。我国高校学生工作普遍存在过于事务性的特点,难以满足新生转型的需求;学生工作与专业教师群体的分离,制约了转型教育的深入;学生工作理念嵌入人才培养体系程度不足,忽略了转型教育的内在价值。在新时代,高校学生工作需要重点把握新生转型的特殊性,也需要分析学生全面发展的本质,发挥自身工作优势,加强与学术群体和管理部门的深度协作,大力开展实践探索研究,构建学习支持服务体系,促进新生成功转型以适应大学生活。
The adaptation of freshmen is essentially a process of students’transformation.Transition education focuses on freshmen themselves and learning problems.The student work in colleges and universities in China is too transactional to meet the needs of freshmen transformation;the separation of student work and professional teachers restricts the deepening of transformation education;the idea of student work is not embedded in the talent training system,ignoring the intrinsic value of transformation education.In the new era,student work in colleges and universities needs to focus on the particularity of freshmen’s transformation,analyze the nature of students’all-round development,give full play to their own work advantages,strengthen in-depth cooperation with academic groups and management departments,vigorously carry out practical exploration and research,build a learning support service system,and promote freshmen’s transformation and successful adaptation to the colleges and universities.
