摘要
为提升教学效果,教师会在课堂中尝试运用新的教学理论和方法,与新理论的互动过程往往充满挑战,也为教师的专业发展带来契机。然而,在教师教育领域,针对实践教师与理论互动关系的研究不多。本研究采用自我叙事研究方法,呈现作者在大学英语课堂实践"产出导向法"过程中的挑战与收获,揭示作者与理论互动并实现专业成长的轨迹。本研究有望为同行利用新理论改进教学实践、寻求自我发展提供借鉴。
In order to improve the teaching effect,teachers would try adopting new teaching theories or methods in their classroom.The interaction between teachers and new theories often brings challenges as well as opportunities for teachers’professional development.However,in the field of teacher education,there is not much research on the interaction between practicing teachers and theories.Taking a self-narrative method,this s tudy presents the challenges and achievements in the author’s practice of Production-oriented Approach in college English classroom and reveals her interaction with the new theory and her professional growth in the path.This study provides an example for peers who use new theories to improve teaching practice or achieve self-development.
