摘要
区块链技术在经历十余年的发展历程之后,当前正在展现其对于人类社会各个方面的变革潜力,但对于这一变革进程认识的不完整可能会束缚区块链在推动经济社会发展方面发挥更大的作用。在技术变革层面,区块链可从三个视角理解为分布式账本、系列技术的组合创新和一般性通用技术。在组织变革层面,区块链可被视为与"公司"、"市场"并列的第三种基础组织形态。在制度变革层面,公地资源治理规则的变迁为理解区块链的影响提供了新的材料支撑。基于这三重变革的分析,本文认为区块链并不仅仅作为生产函数中与资本、劳动相并列的、推动经济长期增长的内生动力,其同样也是组织理论和制度经济学领域的重要创新,因而其具备改变人类社会形态的巨大潜力。
After over 10 years development,Blockchain is gradually releasing its transformational power on the whole society.However,the incomplete and narrow understanding of Blockchain might restrain its potential to promote the development of economy and society.From the technical innovation perspective,Blockchain could be considered as distributed ledger,technology combination and a general-purpose technology.From the organizational reformation perspective,Blockchain could be considered as the third basic organization model besides"firm"and"market".From the institutional evolution perspective,the public-commons governance rules could support the impacts of Blockchain.Based on above three perspectives,the article proposes that Blockchain should not only be considered as the endogenous power in the production function besides capital and labor,but also the important innovation in the fields of organizational theory and institutional economics,which finally leads itself to change the whole society.
