摘要
人类社会形态正在面临从年轻社会迈向老龄社会、从短寿社会迈向长寿社会的根本转型。在此背景下,人类健康的现有知识体系和制度安排已经过时,需要重新审视和重建,并把未来人类健康发展的主题定位在健康事业助力构建理想老龄社会上。现行健康概念隐含的生物-心理-社会模式的理论意义与现实价值值得充分肯定;但面向未来,这一界定存在的问题日益显现,需要树立顶层思维,重新考量并建立老龄健康学引领下的新的人类健康知识体系。建立老龄健康学学科体系是人类健康事业的新使命。中国的关键问题在于:首先,如何通过建立中国特色的老龄健康学学科体系,解决作为世界上人口最多且即将普遍长寿的自身问题;其次,为人类应对老龄社会在健康领域探索中国道路,形成老龄健康学引领下的人类健康知识体系之中国学派。
Our social pattern is undergoing a fundamental transformation from a young society to an ageing one,and from a short-lived society to a long-lived one.Against such a backdrop,the existing knowledge system and institutional arrangements related to human health are out of date,and therefore need to be examined and reconstructed.The theme of human health development in the future should be that the cause of health is conducive to the building of an ideal ageing society.The theoretical significance and practical value of the biological-psychological-social model behind the existing concept of health are worth approving.Facing the future,however,we need to have a top-level thinking due to growing problems of this definition.We also need to examine and reestablish a human health knowledge system guided by the science of ageing health.Establishing a disciplinary system of ageing health is a new mission of the human health under taking.The sticking points for China are as follows.First,China needs to solve its own problem(most populous and its people will be universally long-lived) by building up a disciplinary system of the science of ageing health with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,to respond to population ageing,China needs to explore its own path in the sphere of health,and develop a Chinese school of human health knowledge system guided by the science of ageing health.
