摘要
痛症常伴随其他疾病一同出现,发病率较高,乌梅丸作为《伤寒论》中的经典方剂被广泛运用于痛症的治疗。本文将检索2014年1月至2024年12月有关乌梅丸类方剂用于痛症的基础研究及临床研究,从机制及临床疗效两个方面对乌梅丸类方剂应用于痛症的治疗进行综述。为缓解临床各种疾病所致痛症提供参考和指导,丰富痛症的治疗方法,并发掘乌梅丸类方剂的潜在作用。
Pain often occurs along with other diseases and has a high incidence rate. As a classic formula from Treatise on Cold Damage, Wumei Pill variations have been widely used in the treatment of pain. This article will search for basic and clinical research on Wumei Pill variations used for pain from January 2014 to December 2024, and review the application of Wumei Pill variations in pain treatment from both mechanistic and clinical efficacy aspects. This study aims to provide a reference and guidance for relieving pain caused by various clinical diseases, enrich treatment methods for pain, and explore the potential effects of Wumei Pill variations.
