摘要
肠道菌群对人体的健康有着至关重要的作用,肠道菌群失调影响着多种消化道疾病的发生和发展,近年来,通过调节菌群治疗胃肠道疾病的方法已成为研究热点。中医药与肠道菌群关系密切,一方面中药通过调整肠道菌群的结构,进而改善机体的代谢、免疫等功能,发挥治疗疾病的作用。另一方面肠道菌群通过对中药的代谢作用,使其发挥有效的药理活性或减少毒性,使中药发挥最优的治疗作用。本研究阐述了肠道菌群对人体的积极作用、中药与肠道菌群的相互作用,并对常见的胃肠道疾病的发病机制及有效的中药干预方法进行综述,探讨中药通过调节肠道菌群治疗胃肠道疾病的机理,旨在为胃肠道疾病提供新的治疗思路。
It is acknowledged that gut microbiota plays a vital role in human health.Intestinal dysbiosis is involved in the pathogenesis of many digestive diseases.For the past few years,it has become a research hotspot to treat gastrointestinal diseases by equilibrating gut microbiota.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is closely related to gut microbiota,on the one hand,gut microbiota canimprove the metabolism and immunity of the body under the influence of TCM,which plays a role in curing diseases.On the other hand,gut microbiota can exert effective pharmacological activities of TCM or reduce toxic effects of TCM,which makes TCM work best in treating diseases.This paper expounds the positive effects of gut microbiota on human body and the interaction between TCM and gut microbiota,and reviewes the pathogenesis of common gastrointestinaldiseases and effective TCM intervention methods of treating these diseases,aming to explore the mechanism of TCM in treating gastrointestinal diseases byequilibrating gut microbiota,and providing new therapeutic ideas for gastrointestinal diseases.
