摘要
介绍林兴栋教授临床运用乌梅丸的经验。认为以乌梅丸加减辨治肝阴阳不足、肝风内作、夹寒夹热型神经系统疾病疗效较佳;分析厥阴病内涵、乌梅丸方解、方证相应特色,同时指出乌梅丸运用注意事项。并举验案4则。
This paper introduces Professor Lin Xingdong’s experience in clinical application of Wumei pills.It is considered that Wumei pill is effective in the treatment of nervous system diseases with the patterns of deficiency of liver yin and yang,internal stirring of liver-wind and mixture of cold and heat.The connotation of Jueyin disease,the elucidation of Wumei pill and the characteristics of correspondence between prescription and syndrome are analyzed.This paper also points out some notes in the application of Wumei pills.And four proven cases are presented.
