摘要
农业与旅游产业融合作为一种产业发展趋势,对产业增长及转型具有重要意义。基于自组织系统理论,分析了农业与旅游产业融合系统的耗散特征,采用基于主成分的序参量识别模型,建立了农业与旅游产业融合系统演化方程,基于2003—2011年数据,对我国农业与旅游产业融合系统演化进行了实证分析。研究发现,农业与旅游产业融合系统从无序向有序发展关键在于农业产业发展自身需求、旅游产业强关联性、市场需求、范围经济追求等自组织因素和产业政策、技术创新、经济发展水平、资源环境生态导向等他组织因素之间的非线性相互作用;发展导向变量是农业与旅游产业融合系统序参量,支配着系统的演化,且随着时间的推移,其支配力量越来越强;在农业与旅游产业融合过程中,应充分发挥导向变量的支配作用,关注农业的可持续发展,以市场需求为导向,以生态环境为准绳,加大政府扶持力度。
As an industry development trend, the integration of agriculture and tourism industry is of great significance to industrial growth and transformation. Based on the theory of self-organization systems, the dissipative characteristics of the fusion of agriculture and tourism industries were revealed;the evolution equation of the agriculture and tourism industry integration system was established based on the principal component-based order parameter identification model;an empirical study was conducted on the evolution of China’s agriculture and tourism industry integration system based on the data from 2003 to 2011. The study found that the key to the development of the integration system of agriculture and tourism industry from the disorder to order development lies in non-linear interactions between self-organizational factors such as the development of self-organizational needs in the agricultural industry, the strong relevance of the tourism industry, the market demand, the pursuit of the scope economy, and other-organizational factors such as industrial policies, technological innovation, economic development level, and resources and environment. The development-oriented variable is the order parameter of the integration system of agriculture and tourism industry and dictates the evolution of the system. With the passage of time, its dominant power is becoming stronger and stronger. In the process of integration of agriculture and tourism industry, we should give full play to the dominance of development-oriented variables, pay attention to the sustainable development of agriculture, take market demand as the guide, take the ecological environment as the criterion, and increase government support.
