摘要
随着网络化时代到来,处于全球化市场竞争的企业必须积极整合外部资源,通过产学研用协同创新手段来提升其产品竞争力。开展协同创新的绩效评价评价对于改善技术创新策略,乃至优化创新合作伙伴意义重要。本文拓展了传统的产学研协同创新范围,构建了由企业、大学、科研院所和战略供应商等多创新主体嵌入的"产学研+"协同创新网络。在此基础上,设计了面向"产学研+"协同创新绩效的评价指标体系,并结合海尔集团近年来的四个典型协同创新案例进行对比验证。本文可以为中国企业在网络化时代探索产学研用协同创新实践提供参考。
With the arrival of internet age,enterprises shall make efforts to integrate external resources to cope with global market competition,while collaboration innovation is one of effective ways to strengthen their product competitiveness. The study on the innovation performance evaluation plays vital role in refining corporate innovation strategy combining the optimization of external cooperative partners. In this paper,the traditional scope of industry-university-research institute( IUR) is enlarged,and a sort of IUR + network model embedded with multiple stakeholders,which features the combination of enterprise,university & institute and strategic supplier,ODM/OEM,etc. Moving forward,a set of collaborative innovation performance indices of IUR +are designed. Finally,four typical IUR + cases of Haier Group are compared to verify the applicability of the proposed theories and methodology. The outcome of this paper could be of reference to China enterprises during their exploration in 'win-win'IUR + collaboration innovation under internet age..
