摘要
基于RIS框架下产学研协同创新视角对区域产学研协同创新网络的结构特征与绩效驱动机制进行了分析,认为RIS框架下产学研协同创新网络是由企业、大学、科研机构和政府等多种异质性知识主体协同创新的新型组织形式。创新网络具有协同特征,创新网络结构是创新网络的核心内容。区域创新系统是具有一定网络结构属性的知识生产系统,可以将区域知识创新活动分为知识创造与知识转化两个阶段,构建了知识视角的两阶段创新网络作用机理模型。在分析网络结构特征的基础上构建了产学研协同创新网络结构对创新绩效的驱动机制分析框架。本研究构建的创新网络作用机理模型能够为今后区域创新网络知识流动与转移、网络治理等相关机理的研究奠定一定的理论基础;创新绩效驱动机制分析框架则可以为创新网络结构对创新增长的实证研究提供理论支持。
Based on the perspective of industry-university-research collaborative innovation under the RIS framework,this paper analyzes the structural characteristics and performance-driven mechanism of regional industry-university-research collaborative innovation network,and holds that the industry-university-research collaborative innovation network under the RIS framework is a new organizational form of collaborative innovation by heterogeneous knowledge subjects such as enterprises,universities,research institutions and governments.The structure of innovation network is the core content of innovation network.Regional innovation system is a knowledge production system with certain network structure attributes,which can be divided into two stages:knowledge creation and knowledge transformation.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of network structure,an analysis framework of the driving mechanism of industry-university-research collaborative innovation network structure on innovation performance is constructed.The action mechanism model of innovation network constructed in this study can lay a certain theoretical foundation for the future research of regional innovation network knowledge flow and transfer,network governance and other related mechanisms.The analysis framework of innovation performance driving mechanism can provide theoretical support for the empirical research of innovation network structure on innovation growth.
