家族企业要想实现可持续发展,有五种路径可供选择,即SHEMP理论。S-spec ial m anagem ent,专业化管理;H-he ir,子承父业,接班人形式;E-ESOPs,职工持股计划;M-MBO,管理层收购;P-pub lic,上市、成为公众公司。
There are five alternative ways for family business to choose in order to realize the sustainable development,as called the SHEMP theory.S stands for special management,H short for heir,E for ESOPs(employee stock ownership plans),M for MBO(management buyout) and P for public company.Path 1: Heir,passing on the family business to the following generation.Path 2: To build up rational level management system in the family business and implement specialization management.Path 3: Carry on the MBO and the ESOPs.Path 4: listing way,to be a modern company owned by the public.
