摘要
基于CSS 2021年数据,采用多元线性回归模型和中介效应模型,实证分析农地确权、社会公平对政府信任的影响,以及各中介变量在农地确权、社会公平与政府信任之间的中介效应,并进一步分析农地确权对政府信任影响的异质性。研究发现:农地确权显著正向影响中央政府信任和地方政府信任,对差序政府信任则影响不显著;社会公平显著正向影响中央政府信任和地方政府信任,显著负向影响差序政府信任;中央政府信任在农地确权对地方政府信任的影响中发挥中介效应;地方政府信任在社会公平对中央政府信任的影响中发挥中介效应;农地确权对央地政府信任的影响存在显著的区域异质性。据此提出,应进一步完善农地产权制度、加强社会公平建设和提高政府执政能力,以构建产权保障、社会公平、治理效能三位一体的政府信任提升机制,从而为乡村全面振兴筑牢政府信任基础。
Based on the CSS data in 2021,this paper uses multiple linear regression model and mediation effect model to empirically analyze the impact of farmland rights confirmation and social justice on government trust,as well as the effects of mediating variables,and further analyzes the heterogeneity of the impact of farmland rights confirmation on government trust.The results show that farmland rights confirmation has a significantly positive effect on central government trust and local government trust,but has no significant impact on the trust of differential order government.Social justice has a significant positive impact on both central government trust and local government trust,and has a significant negative impact on the trust of the differential order government.Central government trust plays a mediating role in the influence of farmland rights confirmation on local government trust.Local government trust plays a mediating role in the influence of social justice on central government trust.There is significant regional heteroge neity in the influence of farmland rights confirmation on central government trust and local government trust.Accordingly,it is proposed that we should further improve the farmland property right system,strengthen the construction of social justice and improve the government′s governance capacity,so as to build a trinity of government trust promotion mechanism of property right protection,social justice and governance efficiency,thus laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.
