摘要
长期以来,城乡二元分割结构一直是限制我国农村经济社会发展的重要原因之一。从城乡分割走向城乡融合,是实现乡村全面振兴的必由之路。其核心要义是通过促进城乡要素市场融合,提高各类要素的配置效率,释放经济潜力,实现城乡共同繁荣。基于理论逻辑和历史数据,文章对城乡融合推动乡村全面振兴的机制和路径进行了分析,并结合现实背景尝试给出进一步的政策优化方向。文章建议按照城乡融合的思路继续推动实施以人为本的新型城镇化战略;统筹公平与效率,继续推动公共服务均等化;继续深化土地制度改革,促进资本、技术和人才向农业生产领域流动,推动实现农业现代化。
For a long time,the dualistic urban-rural divide has been a major obstacle to the development of the rural economy and society in China.Transitioning from urban-rural separation to urban-rural integration is essential for achieving comprehen-sive rural revitalization.At its core,this process involves promoting the integration of urban and rural factor markets to improve the allocation efficiency of various resources,unleash economic potential,and realize common prosperity.Based on theoretical analysis and historical data,this paper examines the mechanisms and pathways through which urban-rural integration facilitates comprehensive rural revitalization.It further proposes policy recommendations aligned with current realities,including continuing to advance a people-centered new-type urbanization strategy,balancing equity and efficiency to promote equalization of public services,deepening land system reforms,and facilitating the flow of capital,technology,and talent into agricultural production to driveagricultural modernization.
