摘要
提升乡村文化建设的质量,是实现乡村振兴战略的应有之义和必然要求。新时代乡村地区绝对贫困问题得以解决,科学认识乡村文化建设需求的群体性、优先性和本土性转向,理性看待当前乡村文化建设存在的"导向不明、能力不强、动力不足"问题,加强乡村文化的思想道德建设和价值导向,构建多元治理,丰富治理手段,将宏观社会文化政策扶助转向微观层面的指引,提升乡村人民的价值观念和精神面貌,最终实现乡村振兴。
Striving to improve the quality of rural cultural construction is the due meaning and inevitable requirement of realizing the strategy of rural revitalization.Since the new era,the problem of absolute poverty in rural areas has been solved.It is necessary to scientifically understand the group,priority and local turn of the needs of cultural construction.We should rationally look at the problems of"unclear orientation,weak ability and lack of motivation"in the current rural cultural construction,strengthen the ideological and moral construction and value orientation of rural culture,strive to build pluralistic governance,and enrich governance means,turn the macro social and cultural policies into the guidance of the micro level,enhance the values and mental outlook of the rural people,and finally realize the revitalization of the countryside.
