摘要
人工智能技术重塑全球医药产业生态的趋势下,传统药学教育面临培养模式转型及复合型人才供给短缺的现实挑战。本文以浙大城市学院为例,探讨了人工智能赋能药学教育改革的创新路径及实践范式,并阐述了“AI贯通课程体系+实践平台+产教科教双融协同”的立体化人才培养体系的建构,旨在培养“懂数据、善智能、精药学”的复合型药学人才,以适应新药研发对高素质专业人才的需求。本研究为地方高校适应新质生产力发展需要,培养面向未来的应用型药学人才提供了可复制、可借鉴的药学教育改革范式。
In the context of artificial intelligence(AI)technologies reshaping the global pharmaceutical industry ecosystem,traditional pharmaceutical education faces the challenges of transforming training models and addressing the shortage of interdisciplinary talent.This study takes Hangzhou City University as an example to explore the innovative pathways and practical paradigms for AI-powered pharmaceutical education reform.The paper presents a multi-dimensional talent development system based on AI-integrated curriculum,practical platform,dual synergy between industry-education and science-education,aiming to cultivate interdisciplinary pharmaceutical professionals who are proficient in data analysis,skilled in AI,and well-versed in pharmaceutical sciences.This approach addresses the growing demand for high-quality professionals in new drug development.The research provides a replicable and referenceable model for pharmaceutical education reform,particularly for local universities to meet the evolving needs of new productivity and foster future-oriented applied pharmaceutical talent.
