摘要
深化科产教融合,是促进高校人才培养供给和产业需求结构要素全方位融合、培养高素质创新性应用型人才的迫切要求及重要途径。在剖析高等药学教育“科产教融合”的新时代背景、“科产教融合”的教育教学理念及协同育人模式的基础上,本文结合广东药科大学实施药学育人精品和学科培优工程,介绍了“科产教融合”的药学人才培养和学科建设举措与成效,为医药院校药学教育改革提供参考。
Deepening the integration of science,industry,and education is a critical and urgent pathway for aligning the structural elements of talent supply in higher education with the evolving demands of industry.It is essential for cultivating high-quality,innovative,and application-oriented professionals.Based on an analysis of the new-era context,educational philosophy,and collaborative talent development models within“science-industry-education integration”in pharmaceutical higher education,this paper presents Guangdong Pharmaceutical University's implementation of two key initiatives:the Pharmaceutical Education Excellence Project and the Pharmaceutical Discipline Enhancement Project.It outlines specific strategies and achievements in pharmacy education and disciplinary development driven by this“science-industry-education integration”approach,providing valuable insights for pharmaceutical institutions engaged in education reform.
