摘要
以“新乡贤”身份引领乡村文化建设是乡村教师助力全面推进乡村振兴和高质量发展的时代使命,这意味着乡村教师以乡土文化的传承者与创新者、乡风文明的引领者与改造者、乡村学校与乡村社会的“文化中间人”等身份积极投身乡村振兴行动。强调乡村教师在乡村文化建设中的“新乡贤”使命,既是乡村高质量发展对其“本土精英”肩负使命的国家要求,也是承续中国历史传统赋予其社会改造职责的客观要求,亦是重塑新时期乡村教师乡村文化精英身份与自豪感的现实需要。这一使命的实现,需要乡村教师自身的使命自觉、乡村社会深度认可接纳、各级职能部门对国家政策的有效贯彻落实。
To lead rural culture construction as new rural elites is the era mission of rural teachers to promote rural revitalization and high-quality development,which is a positive action of rural teachers involved in rural revitalization by playing the role of the inheritor and innovator of local culture,the leader and reformer of rural civilization,and the“cultural intermediary”of rural schools and rural society.Valuing the leading role of rural teachers as rural elites in rural cultural construction is not only a national requirement for the high-quality development of rural areas to shoulder the mission of local elites,but also an objective requirement for inheriting the social transformation responsibilities entrusted to them by Chinese historical traditions,and the practical need to reshape the rural teachers'identity of cultural elites as well as the sense of pride in the new era.The realization of the mission requires rural teachers'selfconsciousness of own mission,the deep recognition and acceptance of rural society,and the implementation of national policies by functional departments at all levels.
