摘要
移动互联网及短视频下沉至农村市场后,给新时期的三农传播及国家治理体系建设带来新的机遇,但学界相关研究成果较薄弱。在乡村振兴背景下,三农短视频参与媒介治理,具有推进宏观政治与微观政治耦合的政治逻辑;三农创作者在新农村的经济、社会、文化建设中发挥引领作用,具有参与新乡贤文化建设的文化逻辑,推动媒体融合向基层拓展的媒介逻辑。探索三农短视频参与媒介治理的多元实践路径,对于更广泛地引导农民自觉成为国家治理的主体具有积极意义。
Mobile Internet and short videos have sunk into the rural market,bringing new opportunities to the communication of“countryside-agriculture-peasant”and the construction of national governance system in the new era,but the academic research results are relatively weak.In the context of rural revitalization,the participation of short videos in media governance has the political logic of promoting the coupling of macro-politics and micro-politics.The creators play a leading role in the economic,social and cultural construction of the new countryside,and have the cultural logic to participate in the cultural construction of new township sages,and the media logic to promote the media convergence expanding to the grass-roots level.It is of positive significance to explore multiple practice paths of participation in media governance in short videos of“countryside-agriculture-peasant”,for guiding peasant to become the subjects of national governance more widely.
