谁到高等职业院校教书?——高职院校青年教师职业选择中的典型形象与推拉因素分析 被引量:14

Who Teach at Higher Vocational Colleges?——Analysis of Typical Images and Push-pull Factors in the Career Choice of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 高职院校教师是高等职业教育的关键力量,事关高质量现代职业教育的推进发展。采取访谈调查法和观察法收集高职院校青年教师职业选择数据,运用连续比较法提炼青年教师的典型形象,借助推拉理论分析职业选择的推拉影响因素。发现在青年教师的职业选择中,存在着把握政策红利的“投机者”、向往高职讲台的“朝圣者”、偏好实践教学的“投缘者”和回归高职教育的“反哺者”四种典型形象;同时发现青年教师的职业选择受到三种因素影响:一是其他工作的推力,二是高职院校的拉力,三是中间障碍因素(包括其他工作的阻力和高职院校的斥力)。青年教师职业选择的核心因素是职业认同,影响机制是推拉因素与个体职业认同的相互作用,高职院校应当采取发挥拉力优势、转变斥力为阻力等举措,吸引有志于高职教育的青年教师。 Teachers in higher vocational colleges are the key force of higher vocational education,which is related to the promotion and development of high-quality modern vocational education.This study adopts the interview survey method and the observation method to collect the career choice data of young teachers in higher vocational colleges,uses the continuous comparison method to refine the typical images of young teachers,and analyzes the influencing factors of career choice with the help of push-pull theory.It found that in the career choices of young teachers,there are four typical images,“speculators”who grasp the policy dividends,“pilgrims”who yearn for higher vocational podiums,“kindred spirits”who prefer practical teaching,and“re-feeders”who return to higher vocational education,which affected by three factors,one is the thrust of other work,the second is the pull of higher vocational colleges,and the third is the intermediate obstacle factor(including the resistance of other jobs and the repulsion of higher vocational colleges).The core factor of young teachers’career choice is professional identity,the influencing mechanism is the interaction between push-pull factors and individual professional identity,and higher vocational colleges should take measures such as exerting the advantages of pulling force and transforming repulsion into resistance to attract young teachers who are interested in higher vocational education.
