摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探析赋权增能视域下社区老年智慧体育服务供需适配的理论机制、现实问题,并提出实施路径。理论机制:赋权机理指以数字包容为导向优化服务供给,提升老年人权益感;增能机理指以数字融入为导向增强数字应用能力,激活老年智慧健身需求。现实问题:供给主体协调机制有待完善,老年数字权益保障有待加强;适老化设施供给有待丰富,智慧健身平台应用范围有待扩大;社会帮扶力度有待强化,老年智慧健身指导有待激活;老年智慧体育心理障碍有待突破,数字融入动力有待提升。实施路径:调动社区多种组织活力,规范老年智慧体育服务标准;加强相关技术产品研发,推动智慧体育器械适老化改造;盘活志愿指导人才资源,提升代际朋辈间帮扶力度;合理利用可视化数据,宣传引导老年智慧体育参与。
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the theoretical mechanism and practical problems of the supply and demand matching of smart sports services for the elderly in communities from the perspective of empowerment and energization,and proposed implementation paths.Theoretical mechanism:Empowerment mechanism:Services should be optimized with digital inclusiveness as the guiding principle to enhance the sense of rights and interests of the elderly.Energization mechanism:Digital application capabilities should be enhanced with digital integration as the guiding principle to activate the demand for smart fitness among the elderly.Practical problem:The coordination mechanism for supply entities needs to be improved,and the protection of the digital rights and interests of the elderly needs to be strengthened.The supply of elderly-friendly facilities needs to be enriched,and the application scope of smart fitness platforms needs to be expanded.The intensity of social assistance needs to be strengthened,and the guidance on smart fitness for the elderly needs to be activated.The psychological barriers in elderly smart sports need to be overcome,and the motivation for digital integration needs to be enhanced.Implementation paths:We should mobilize the vitality of various community organizations to standardize the service standards for smart sports for the elderly,increase the research and development of related technical products to promote the adaptation of smart sports equipment for the elderly,activate the talent resources of volunteer guidance to enhance the assistance among generations and peers,and make rational use of visual data to promote and guide the participation of the elderly in smart sports.
