群际接触对内地民族班学生中华民族共同体意识的影响——文化智力和双文化认同整合的链式中介作用

摘要 当前学界在群际接触对内地民族班学生中华民族共同体意识的影响方面,缺乏基于心理学视角的实证研究。通过群际接触问卷、文化智力量表、双文化认同整合量表和中华民族共同体意识量表等方式对内地民族班学生开展实证研究,研究结果显示:群际接触对中华民族共同体意识具有正向预测作用;文化智力在群际接触与中华民族共同体意识间起中介作用;双文化认同整合在群际接触与中华民族共同体意识间起中介作用;文化智力和双文化认同整合在群际接触与中华民族共同体意识间起链式中介作用。增加内地民族班学生的群际接触、提升其文化智力、增强双文化认同整合能力,能够有效促进其中华民族共同体意识的培育。 Ethnic minority school classes in inland China are a significant initiative for cultivating ethnic talents with Chinese characteristics.They are responsible for promoting educational development in ethnic regions,fostering ethnic unity,and enhancing communication,interaction,and integration among students from diverse ethnic backgrounds.Existing research on forging the sense of community for the Chinese nation as part of ethnic minority education has been limited,with empirical inquiry nearly absent.Therefore,based on Intergroup Contact Theory,Cultural Intelligence Theory,and Bicultural Identity Integration Theory,this study constructed a chain mediation model to explore the influence of intergroup contact on the sense of community for the Chinese nation among students in ethnic minority classes and its internal mechanisms.This research employs the Intergroup Contact Questionnaire,Cultural Intelligence Scale,Bicultural Identity Integration Scale,and Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation Scale to survey 791 students in ethnic minority classes using whole-group sampling.The sample included 20 ethnic groups,including 375 male students and 416 female students.The mean age of the students was 17.87 years old(SD=1.28).This study mainly used SPSS and PROCESS plug-ins for data collation and analysis.Results show that:1)Intergroup contact is significantly and positively correlated with cultural intelligence,bicultural identity integration,and the sense of community for the Chinese nation;2)cultural intelligence is significantly and positively correlated with bicultural identity integration and the sense of community for the Chinese nation;3)bicultural identity integration is significantly and positively correlated with the sense of community for the Chinese nation;4)intergroup contact significantly and positively predicts the sense of community for the Chinese nation;5)cultural intelligence is the mediator between intergroup contact and the sense of community for the Chinese nation;6)bicultural identity integration is a mediator between intergroup contact and the sense of community for the Chinese nation;7)cultural intelligence and bicultural identity integration play a chain mediating role between intergroup contact and the sense of community for the Chinese nation.In conclusion,this article aims to explore the effects of intergroup contacton the sense of community for the Chinese nation among students in ethnic classes,holding significant theoretical and practical value for forging the sense of community for the Chinese nation.Theoretically,it confirms that interethnic contact enhances this sense among said students through internal psychological factors,expanding the scope of application of the intergroup contact theory and revealing the psychological mechanisms underlying the forging of the sense of community for the Chinese nation.Practically,this research project provides practical guidance for forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation and following recommendations:1)Adopting mixed-class arrangements to increase the frequency and quality of contact among students from different ethnic backgrounds;2)implementing general education on fine traditional Chinese culture to develop cultural intelligence in ethnic classes students;and 3)guiding students to correctly understand the relationship between Chinese culture and their own ethnic cultures,thereby promoting their ability of bicultural identity integration.
