摘要
目的:探讨羞怯、错失恐惧、情感平衡对大学生经验回避的作用。方法:采用羞怯量表、接受和行动问卷、错失恐惧量表、情感平衡量表对1029名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)羞怯、错失恐惧与经验回避之间两两显著正相关,情感平衡与经验回避显著负相关;(2)错失恐惧在羞怯与经验回避之间起部分中介作用;(3)情感平衡对中介模型的前半路径和直接路径起到调节作用,即对于情感平衡较低的大学生,羞怯对错失恐惧以及经验回避的影响更大。结论:羞怯通过错失恐惧影响大学生经验回避,情感平衡调节了羞怯与错失恐惧、羞怯与经验回避之间的关系。
Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of shyness,fear of missing out,and affect balance on experiential avoidance among college students.Methods:A sample of 1029 college students were recruited in the study to complete Shyness Scale,Acceptance and Action Questionnaire,Fear of Missing Out Scale,and Affect Balance Scale.Results:(1)The shyness,experiential avoidance,and fear of missing out were significantly and positively correlated with each other,while affect balance was negatively correlated with experiential avoidance.(2)Fear of missing out played a partial mediating role between shyness and experiential avoidance.(3)Affect balance moderated both the first half path and direct path of the mediation relationship,demonstrating that among colleges with lower affect balance,shyness had a greater impact on both fear of missing out and experiential avoidance.Conclusion:Shyness has a moderated mediating effect on experiential avoidance in college students.Shyness affects experiential avoidance in college students through fear of missing out.Affect balance regulates the relationship between shyness and fear of missing out,as well as between shyness and experiential avoidance.
