摘要
培育全科师范生跨学科教学素养,顺应时代发展对跨界人才培养的需求,回应了教育改革的要求,促进他们适应并结合小学教育特点提高教育教学质量,但尚存在关照不够、全科师范生教育者保障有限、课程建设与教学改革不够适配、资源整合配备不充分等方面的问题。培养单位应依托研究调整培养理念与目标,通过外培内建保障具备综合素养的教育者供给,推进为培育跨学科教学素养的课程体系建设及教学改革,为学生架构多元的跨学科学习渠道。
Cultivation of interdisciplinary teaching competence for general student teachers aligns with the times'demand for interdisciplinary talent development,responds to the requirements of educational reform,and helps them to adapt to and integrate the characteristics of primary education to improve the teaching quality.However,there are still challenges,such as insufficient support,limited guarantees for qualified educators of student teachers,a mismatch between curriculum development and teaching reforms,and inadequate resource integration and allocation.Training institutions should refine educational philosophies and objectives through research-based adjustments,ensure a sustainable supply of comprehensively qualified educators via external training and internal capacity-building,advance curriculum system development and teaching reform targeting interdisciplinary teachingcompetence cultivation,and build diverse interdisciplinary learning channels for students.
