摘要
为满足新时代加强金融人才队伍建设的需要,培养应用型、复合型、创新型、国际型金融专业人才,针对地方普通本科高校金融学专业人才培养的人才培养目标过于宽泛、核心课程设置过于传统、教学重理论轻实践、师资缺乏实践经验的问题,文章从重构特色鲜明的人才培养目标、多维度持续深化教育教学改革、打造综合完善的金融实训平台、推进“校行企”协同育人、强化“双师型”教师队伍建设五个方面提出了构建地方普通本科高校金融学专业的人才培养新模式。
To meet the demands of strengthening financial talent development in the new era and cultivate application-oriented,interdisciplinary,innovative,and globally competent finance professionals,this study addresses critical issues in financial education at local ordinary undergraduate universities,including overly broad training objectives,outdated core curricula,a theory-heavy teaching approach with insufficient practical application,and faculty lacking industry experience.The research team proposes a novel talent cultivation model through five strategic measures:redefining distinctive talent development objectives,implementing multidimensional and continuous educational reforms,establishing comprehensive financial training platforms,promoting university-industry-enterprise collaborative education,and strengthening dual-qualified faculty development integrating academic and practical expertise.
