摘要
"地行企校"多方协同育人作为"3+1"应用型工科人才培养模式改革的重要指引理念,对实践成效起着决定性作用。在阐述多方协同育人理念和"3+1"人才培养模式基本内容的基础上,提出了地质工程专业"3+1"应用型人才培养模式的总体改革思路,并以此探索了可供地方高校参考的六种实施举措。改革实践表明:基于多方协同育人理念的"3+1"人才培养模式是实现高素质应用型工程技术人才培养的有效模式,是实现地方普通本科高校应用型转型发展的有效途径。
Multiparty collaborative education of "local government-industry-enterprise-school",an important guiding idea for the reform of "3+1" applied engineering talents training mode,has a decisive effect on the practical results. On the basis of expounding the content of multiparty collaborative education and the basic content of "3+1" talents training mode,the article puts forward the overall reform thinking of "3+1" applied talents training model for geological engineering major,and explores six implementation measures which can be used for reference in local colleges and universities. Reform practice shows that "3+1" training mode of multiparty collaborative education idea is the effective training mode to achieve high-quality applied engineering and technical talents,and is an effective way to realize the applied type transformation and development of local colleges and universities.
