摘要
目的探研生肌膏对大鼠术后创面模型不同观察点组织中表皮生长因子(EGF)和转化生长因子(TGF)-β含量的影响。方法统一饲养120只大鼠7 d后,随机分成生肌膏组、模型对照组和空白对照组,每组40只。各组大鼠脱毛消毒,打孔造模,后进行创伤处理。空白对照组常规处理,模型对照组在此基础上加用生理盐水纱布外敷,生肌膏组加用自制生肌膏敷料外敷。观察三组大鼠不同时间点创面面积、愈合率、愈合时间及组织中TGF-β、EGF的分布面积和含量。结果干预后8、16、24 d,用药组大鼠创面面积均小于空白对照组(P<0.05)。干预后16、24 d,生肌膏组大鼠创面面积小于模型对照组(P<0.05)。干预后8、16、24 d,用药组大鼠创面愈合率均大于空白对照组,且生肌膏组大鼠创面愈合率大于模型对照组(P<0.05)。生肌膏组大鼠创面TGF-β、EGF的分布面积及含量均高于其他组(P<0.05)。结论生肌膏可使大鼠术后创面组织中TGF-β、EGF的表达更强,创面愈合速度更快,具有促进创面愈合的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shengji ointment on the contents of epidermal growth factor(EGF)and transforming growth factor(TGF)-βin the tissues of different observation points in the postoperative wound model of rats.Methods After uniformly raising 120 rats for 7 days,the rats were randomly allocated into Shengji ointment group,model control group,and blank control group,with 40 rats in each group.Following hair removal and disinfection of the rats in all groups,holes were drilled and molds were created.Subsequently,conventional trauma treatment was performed.The blank control group received only standard care.On this basis,the model control group was treated externally with normal saline-soaked gauze,while the Shengji ointment group was treated externally with self-made Shengji ointment dressings.The wound area,wound healing rate,wound healing time,as well as the distribution and content of TGF-βand EGF in the tissues of the three groups of rats were observed at various time points.Results On the 8th,16th,and 24th days post-intervention,the wound area in rats from the treatment group was significantly smaller compared to that in the blank control group(P<0.05).On the 16th and 24th days post-intervention,the wound area in rats from the Shengji ointment group was significantly smaller than that in the model control group(P<0.05).Additionally,on the 8th,16th,and 24th days post-intervention,the wound healing rate in rats from the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the blank control group,while the wound healing rate in rats from the myogenic ointment group was significantly higher than that in the model control group(P<0.05).The distribution area and content of TGF-βand EGF in the wound surface of rats in the Shengji ointment group were signifi-cantly greater than those in other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengji ointment can enhance the expression of TGF-βand EGF in the postoperative wound tissue of rats,accelerate the wound healing speed,and has the effect of promoting wound healing.
